Lacendra Penny Morrison is an experienced medical professional and a Certified Professional Coder who brings more than 25 years of experience in Billing, Credentialing and Management in her role as Office Manager. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences and has been a key player in the development of several medical offices but finds her passion is in Ophthalmology and Optometric practice. She assists in the development and implementation of all office policies and procedures, manages and oversees all of the Administrative and HR policies. Her goal is to always have the practice deliver outstanding customer service and ensure each patient leaves happier than when they arrived.
